Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We will generally ship within 48 hours of receiving an order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the United States Postal Service (currently our exclusive shipping provider), shipping weights will be calculated as follows:
First Class Mail (2-4 day delivery time)
Domestic First Class Mail packages must weigh 13 ounces or less. If this is the case, shipping will be based on the exact weight of the package. If the package weighs 14 oz or more the shipping will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Parcel Post (5-7 day delivery time)
Shipping on all domestic Parcel Post packages will be rounded up to the next full pound. There are no size restrictions on Parcel Post packages, but delivery time is much slower.
Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery time)
Shipping on all domestic Priority Mail packages will be rounded up to the next full pound. There are size restrictions on Priority Mail packages, so for oversized packages there may be an additional surcharge.
Express Mail (1-2 day delivery time)
Domestic Express Mail is the fastest shipping option. Shipping on all domestic Express Mail packages will be rounded up to the next full pound. There are size restrictions on Express Mail packages, so for oversized packages there may be an additional surcharge.
Returns Policy
Party Supplies
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of return authorization for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Costumes
Returns are NOT ALLOWED on all costumes and accessories. However, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll even pay the shipping costs!
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, but usually much faster than that. The estimated time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days unless you paid with PayPal, which is immediate).
If you need to return an item, please email us and have the return authorized. Once we have authorized the return you can simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
